How to get started with A2e
- Call the sales person closest to your area.
(Numbers at bottom of every page and on contact
page.)
- Meet with A2e in person or via phone conference
to discuss your project requirements and review
any existing documentation.
- A2e then provides a Rough Order Magnitude (ROM)
estimate for the project including schedule
broken out by task and costing (ROM is + or -
30% on cost and schedule and is used as a means
to quickly estimate the size of the project)
ROMs can typically be provided in just a few
days.
- Review ROM with you to assure alignment on tasks
and responsibilities and estimated project costs
and schedule.
- After agreement on the ROM, A2e will provide
true project schedule and cost estimates based
on complete functional specification and other
requirements documentation.
- Put contract in place and go!
